How to program a small digital photo keychain?

Well I just received a digital photo keychain for Christmas and I connected it to USB & the one on the computer and my keychain said PC connected and my computer would not recognize it. come with any software, just a usb. I went to my pictures on Windows Photo Gallery, and it is not receiving the device. what should I do?

Try restarting and see if Windows recognizes it.
