What should I buy tfirst o recording music at home? -create a mini-studio?
What should I buy software or computer or something else? I want to record my music on my electric guitar, adding electric drum kit, record and track
Personally I would start with some fantastic software and computers. Macintosh has been a force in the music and graphics industry for a long time. With their computers are now Intel processors, you can run a Mac OS and Windows both on it. New Macintosh computers come with "GarageBand" (part of iLife '08), who has the ability to record live instruments and voices, or submit audio loops together to form your own music royalty-free. (Oh, also buy a really nice microphone, although the computers mic does a good job.) If you find GarageBand too limiting, you may want To move up to Logic Express. This software lets you create, write and mix music on a more professional level. Logic Express is about $ 200. The next step up is Logic Studio (around $ 500), which comes with extra software for mixing, writing, and all the Jam Pack loops offer (over 18,000 of them). Although GarageBand has the ability to register each section of a song / band, and then mix them with effects. Check the software packages for minimum processor speeds and memory requirements. I had to upgrade my memory to GarageBand to play more than one instrument at a time.
