How do you un-jam a camera lens?
Okay, so I have a Kodak md863, and I think it fell from my desk, and now the lens stuck and it wont open or close when I go to turn it on it flashes and interrupted again, how do I unjam the lens to make my camera work again, or it is not fixable? Flash On average, the screen lights up, so it cuts off again. Where can I find a sirvice center in Goldsboro, North Carolina?
Paige, I strongly recommend that you do not stick anything in the lens to try to resolve it. You can void your warranty. Call Kodak support at 1-800-23KODAK. They will tell you where to send your camera. If the camera is less than a year old, they will repair or replace it free. Hope that helps:) Best Regards, Dusty
